Since 2008, Richard and Robin Lee have offered their customers the highest quality Angus steaks that they can buy - Braveheart.

Richard and Robin have customized a specific aging process unique to their restaurant.  With an eye on detail and customer satisfaction, Richard personally cuts, prepares, and grills every steak served. 

Their commitment to quality is not taken in vain.  Richard and Robin recall a Saturday evening when customers were showing up in droves.  As the steak inventory grew quite low, they had to make a decision.  They could either substitute the steak orders with a lesser quality product or sell out of steak plates.  Richard determined that the restaurant’s reputation for outstanding steaks was on the line – selling customers a lesser grade product would turn customers off.  They took a chance and decided not to sell steaks once the Braveheart was gone.   Their customers appreciated this commitment and today remain loyal to Lee’s Steakhouse – they just know to get to the restaurant a little earlier! 

The Lee’s partner with Performance Foodservice – Batesville.  Their account manager is Loyd Glaze.   Loyd and the Lee’s have a strong working relationship built on the same ideals – commitment to a quality dining experience and exceptional product selection.  Along with the steaks, Loyd’s foodservice knowledge and guidance has helped the Lee’s build a menu packed with Southern favorites such as fried pickles and green tomato appetizers, delicious salads, tasty sandwiches, and fish and shrimp plates.
