Hollywood Meatball Hoagie


  • 4 Heritage Ovens® Bun(s), Hoagie
  • 4 oz. Nature's Best Dairy® Cheese, Goat
  • 2-1/2 Tbsp(s). jelly, red pepper
  • 24 medium Roma® Gourmet Beef and Pork Meatballs
  • 1/4 Cup(s) Contigo® Pepper(s), Jalapeño (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp(s). Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green (chopped)


Spread about 1 oz of goat cheese evenly on one half of a hoagie bun and about 2 Tbsp. red pepper jelly on the other half of the bun. Line up the meatballs inside the bun and garnish with jalapeños and green onions. Place open sandwich under broiler for 3-7 minutes or until bun is slightly crispy and golden brown.
