Cinnamon Pork Salad

This unique combination of pork loin and cinnamon chipotle seasoning creates a unique salad your customers will love.

Cinnamon Pork Salad


  • 5 oz. Allegiance® Pork, Loin Chops (diced)
  • 1 tsp. McCormick Culinary® Cinnamon Chipotle Seasoning
  • 1/2 oz. Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
  • 3 oz. Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Rainbow (sliced)
  • 2 oz. Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es) (diced)
  • 2 oz. Pecan Smoked Bacon (diced)
  • 1 oz. Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red (diced)
  • 3 oz. Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Arcadian Harvest Blend
  • 1 oz. microgreen flowers


Combine cinnamon chipotle and olive oil. Mix diced pork loin in and sauté until cooked. Place lettuce in a bowl. Top salad evenly with tomatoes, peppers, bacon and red onion. Place pork loin in middle of the salad mix, top with flowers and serve.
