With more than 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Chef Jack Walker is a 1994 graduate of the Baltimore International Culinary College where he studied at the Park Hotel in Country Cavan, Ireland. He sharpened his skills and diversified his kitchen experience in a variety of award-winning restaurants in the Baltimore and mid-Maryland region, most notably at Firestone’s Culinary Tavern, Champagne Tony’s/The Owl Bar at the Belvedere Hotel, and  Tauraso’s Ristorante & Trattoria. Chef Walker was named by his peers in the annual “Best Chefs America” publication 2013-2015. He joined the Performance Foodservice team in October of 2013.
