Here's how it works:

Place your foodservice order with PERFORMANCE Foodservice/ROMA as you normally would.

We automatically tracks your purchases for each of the rebates offered. When the rebate purchase period ends, we will prepare you a customized purchase summary. 

Your sales representative will deliver your purchase summary, the rebate and a pre-addressed stamped envelope. All you do is fill out the coupon and mail it in.
