I am a native New Orleanian who grew up with a passion for food. I honed my love for food at New England Culinary Institute and have worked in several great kitchens of New Orleans as Executive Chef. I have run my own restaurant consulting company and before coming to Performance Foodservice I was the Headmaster of The Culinary Institute of New Orleans for 12 years. I also hosted a national cooking show on PBS for 10 years called Jazz Brunch and have appeared on the Food Network. I am now in the best job I have ever had. I am able to take my years of educational knowledge and foodservice knowledge to train our sales force in the needs of a restaurant operator as well as help restaurants make their dreams a reality.
