2 AVOCADO (CHOPPED)
½ ONION (DICED)
½ BELL PEPPER (DICED)
1 TBL GARLIC (MINCED)
2 TBL CILANTRO (MINCED)
½ CAN CHIPOTLE PEPPERS
2 C HEAVY CREAM
1 LIME (JUICE ONLY)
2 TBL OIL
SALT & BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
IN A SAUTE PAN OVER HIGH HEAT ADD OIL. NOW ADD AVOCADO, ONION, BELL PEPPER AND GARLIC. COOK FOR 1-2 MINUTES. ADD LIME JUICE, HEAVY CREAM CHIPOTLE AND CILANTRO SIMMER FOR 2-3 MINUTES THEN PUREE MIXTURE IN A FOOD PROCESSOR AND SERVE OVER TUNA.
