2 C AMBER BEER
¼ C WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
½ STICK UNSALTED BUTTER
2 TSP SALT
4 SLICES FRENCH BREAD
2 TBL OIL
BBQ Seasoning Mix
2 C PAPRIKA
1 C ONION POWDER
1 C GARLIC POWDER
1C PARSLEY FLAKES
½ C BASIL
½ C OREGANO
¼ C ROSEMARY
¼ C THYME
¼ C LEMON PEPPER
¼ C BLACK PEPPER
1 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER
IN A LARGE SAUTE PAN OVER HIGH HEAT ADD OIL. NOW ADD SHRIMP AND BBQ SEASONIG MIX AND COOK FOR 1 MINUTE ON EACH SIDE. ADD BEER AND CONTINUE TO COOK FOR 2-3 MINUTES. NOW ADD LEA & PERRINS, SALT AND WHISK IN BUTTER, SERVE EACH SERVING IN A BOWL WITH 2 PIECES OF FRENCH BREAD.
