6 TOOTHPICKS
1 POBLANO PEPPER (ROASTED & SEEDED)
1 TSP SHRIMP BASE
2 C HEAVY CREAM
3 TBL DICED ONION
½ TSP GARLIC (MINCED)
1/8 TSP SALT
1/8 TSP BL PEPPER
2 TBL OIL
WRAP EACH SHRIMP WITH A HALF A PIECE OF BACON AND SECURE WITH TOOTHPICK. PRE HEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES AND COOK SHRIMP FOR 4-5 MINUTES AND THEN PLATE. IN A SAUCE PAN OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT ADD OIL. NOW ADD GARLIC, POBLANO PEPPER, SALT & PEPPER COOK FOR 3-4 MINUTES. NOW ADD CREAM AND SHRIMP BASE AND SIMMER FOR 10-15 MINUTES THEN TRANSFER TO BLENDER AND PUREE THEN STRAIN AND SERVE ATOP SHRIMP.
