2 english muffins (sliced and toasted)
8 oz tuna (blackened and sliced thin)
8 cherry tomatoes (sliced)
2 slices gruyere cheese
½ tsp fresh oregano (minced)
2 tbl extra virgin olive oil
Drizzle olive oil on english muffins. Layer tomato slices on bottom half of muffin. Now sprinkle oregano on top. Now top with tuna slices and gruyere cheese and melt under salamander then top with other side of english muffin and serve.
