Corn Pudding

 

Ingredients

2 Eggs

1 Can evaporated milk

1/4 C Sugar

1 Tbl cornstartch

2 C Creamed corn

1 Tsp salt

1/2 Tsp black pepper

1 Tbl butter

Instructions

Grease 7 inch baking pan. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs and evaporated milk in a bowl. Mix cornstatch and sugar in a bowl. Slowly whisk this mixture into the egg and evaporated milk mixture. Fold in the corn, salt and pepper. Pour into baking pan and bake and dot with butter. Bake for about 1 hour.
