3 TBL BUTTER
¼ C SEASONING MIX
½ TSP SALT
2 TBL OIL
Shrimp Seasoning Mix
1 C GARLIC POWDER
2 C CUMIN
½ C ONION POWDER
¼ C ROSEMARY
½ C PARSLEY FLAKES
¼ C OREGANO
¼ C BASIL DRY
¼ LEMON PEPPER
¼ C BLACK PEPPER
1 ½ C PAPRIKA
IN A SAUTE PAN OVER HIGH HEAT ADD OIL AND SHRIMP COOK FOR 2 MINUTES. ADD SEASONING MIX AND BEER AND SIMMER FOR 3 MINUTES. NOW WHISK IN BUTTER AND SERVE. (CAN BE SERVED OVER RICE)
