Hollandaise Mix (Follow Directions)
1 can Chipolte
1 tbl Cilantro (minced)
1/8 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 Lime (juice only)
Make hollandaise according to directions on container. In a blender combine, chipolte, lime juice, salt, pepper, and cilantro. Blend and then fold into hollandaise sauce and serve over shrimp.
