Grilled Lobster and Bacon Salad

Ingredients

 

1-10” Spinach Tortilla (Cut into 4 triangles & Fried)
4-6 oz Lobster Tails
1/4 C Bacon Pieces
1/2 C Mayonnaise
1/2 Lemon (Juice Only)
1/2 Onion Diced
1 Yellow Bell Pepper (Diced)
1 Green Bell Pepper (Diced)
3 Tbl Fresh Parsley (Minced)
1/2 C Celery (Diced)
1 TSP Dijon Mustard
1/4 TSP Kosher Salt
1/4 TSP Black Pepper

Instructions

 

In mixing bowl combine all ingredients except tortilla and blend well. Split portion in to 4 and place on fried tortilla then serve.
