Grilled Shrimp and Tomato Salad

Ingredients

4 slices pumpernikel bread
1 tbl garlic (minced)
½ c olive oil
½ lb 31/35 shrimp (grilled and chopped)
½ tsp red chili flakes
1 c grape tomatoes (lightly grilled then halved)
¼ c calamata olives (sliced)
¼ c parsley (minced)
¼ c dill (minced)
¼ c green onion (white only / sliced)
1 lemon (zest and juice)
1 tbl oregano (minced)
1 tsp honey

Instructions

In a bowl combine all ingredients except bread and mix well then place on bread and serve.
