12 oz Braveheart Black Angus Strip Steak

Red Wine Demi Glace
1 qt Red wine (reduced by 1/2)
1 qt demi Glace (prepared)
1 oz Thyme (chopped)
1/2 oz Garlic (chopped)
Salt and Pepper
Pan Seared Braveheart Black Angus Strip Steak
Pre-heat a large sauté pan with olive oil over high heat.. Season steak with salt and pepper on both sides and sear until browned. Place pan with steak in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees and bring steak to proper temperature.
Baby Vegetable Medley
Prep vegetables in to desired cut, and shape. In hot sauté pan add olive oil, chopped garlic, and fresh herbs. Add vegetable stack and whole butter. Add vegetables, season with salt and pepper
Red Wine Demi Glace
In a medium size sauce pot, add all ingredients and bring to a boil. Once sauce comes to a boil, reduce temperature and reduce by half. Season with salt and pepper.
