½ TP RED CHILI FLAKES
¼ TSP BLACK PEPPER
½ TSP SALT
2 TSP HOT SAUCE
½ ONION (DICED)
1 QUART WATER
BOIL HOCKS IN WATER OVER HIGH HEAT FOR 45 MINUTES. ADD ONION, HOT SAUCE, CHILI FLAKES,GARLIC POWDER, SALT AND PEPPER CONTINUE TO COOK FRO 20 MINUTES. ADD PINTO BEANS AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 20-30 MINUTES UNTIL BEANS ARE COOKED THE SERVE
