Puntas De Filete a La Mexicana

Ingredients

2lbs. beef filets (sliced thin)

5 garlic cloves crushed

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp cumin

2 tsp kosher salt

2 tbl olive oil

1 c onion diced

2 c chopped tomatoes

1 c beef stock

6 jalepeno chilies (sm dice)

Instructions

 

Toss the beef with garlic, pepper, salt and cumin and refrigerate for 1 hour. Heat oil in sauté pan and add onion, jalapeño peppers, beef & tomatoes sauté for 3-4 minutes. Now add stock and tomatoes and allow to simmer for 20-30 minutes then serve over rice.
