3 jalapeño peppers (roasted, seeded and chopped)
1 c olive oil
1 large egg yolk
½ tsp garlic (minced)
1 lime (juice only)
¼ tsp sugar
½ tsp kosher salt
In a blender add garlic, sugar, salt, peppers and egg then puree. Now add lime juice and with blender running slowly drizzle in olive oil.
