Salmon Caviar and Egg Salad

 

Servings: 1

Ingredients

½ c egg salad (your recipe)
2 tbl salmon roe
2 tsp crème fraiche
½ c parsley leaves (fried)
2 slices brioche bread

Instructions

Spread Crème fraiche on both sides of bread.  Layer egg salad on one side of bread.  Top with salmon roe then with fried parsley leaves and serve.
