4-6 oz Sirloin Filet (Cooked to Order)
3 Pears (Sliced)
1/2 C Pecan Halves (Toasted)
1 Head Lettuce
1 C Baby Spinach
1 Head Raddichio (Chopped)
1 C Blue Cheese Dressing
Cook filets to order then slice. Toss greens with dressing and place on entree plate. Arrange steak slices and pear slices on top of greens. Now sprinkle with toasted pecans and serve.
