1 LB MARGARINE (ROOM TEMPATURE)
¼ C  SMOKED PAPRIKA
3 TBL GRILL SEASONING
1 TSP SALT

Instructions

IN A MIXING BOWL PLACE THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS AND BLEND WELL. SERVE ABOUT 1 TBL ON TOP OF STEAK.

NOTE:YOU CAN PLACE COMPOUND BUTTER MIX IN A PASTRY BAG WITH STAR TIP AND PIPE ONTO EACH STEAK FOR SERVICE.  BUTTER SOULD BE APPLLIED ONTO STEAK WHEN IT IS HOT AND GOING OUT TO CUSTOMER.
