NOTE:YOU CAN PLACE COMPOUND BUTTER MIX IN A PASTRY BAG WITH STAR TIP AND PIPE ONTO EACH STEAK FOR SERVICE. BUTTER SOULD BE APPLLIED ONTO STEAK WHEN IT IS HOT AND GOING OUT TO CUSTOMER.
