8 oz. Braveheart Black Angus Beef Patties
1 Each Bavarian Pretzel Roll
1 oz. Bourbon Style Sauce
1 oz. Blue Cheese Crumbles
1 Each West Creek Fresh Green Leaf Lettuce
2 Each West Creek Fresh Sliced Tomato
1 oz. West Creek Fresh Shredded Lettuce
3 oz. West Creek Skin on French Fries, 3/8"
Grill Burger. When almost to temperature, brush with boubon sauce and return to grill and cook for 15 seconds on each side. Place on toasted pretzel roll and top with blue cheese crumbles. Garnish plage with lettuce and tomato. Serve with french fries.
