Ascend® Tomato BBQ Bloody Mary
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice, excluding the lemon, jalapeno and green onion garnishes.
- Rim each of the glasses with a wedge of lemon and dip into the BBQ dry rub.
- Pour the Bloody Mary into the glasses over fresh ice.
- Garnish each beverage with lemon, jalapeno and green onion.

- 16 oz vodka
- 10 oz Ascend® Bloody Mary Mix
- 10 oz Roma® Tomato Juice
- 8 tbsp West Creek® BBQ Sauce, Original
- 6 tsp Cobblestreet Market™ Horseradish
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Lemon(s), juiced
- 1 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Lemon(s), cut into 8 wedges
- 3 cups BBQ Dry Rub, for rims of glasses, see recipe below
- 8 ea jalapeño(s), pickled, for garnish
- 8 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green

Directions
- Mix spices and sugar together.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Magellan® Paprika
- 3/4 cup West Creek® sugar
- 1/4 cup Magellan® Onion Powder
