Bacon Macaroni Salad

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Assoluti® Pasta, Elbow Macaroni, cooked & cooled
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Celery, Stalk(s), diced
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, diced
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), diced
  • 2 tbsp pickle, relish
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp vinegar, white
  • 1 lb. West Creek® Bacon, rendered & diced
  • 1 1/4 cup West Creek® Mayonnaise
