Cilantro Pesto

Directions

  1. In food processor chop garlic and cilantro and slowly add oil.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and process into a coarse paste.

  • 2 garlic, clove(s), peeled
  • 1/2 tsp. McCormick Culinary® Black Pepper, Ground
  • 2 cups Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, Fresh, leaves, washed
  • 1/2 cup Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup Raffinato® Cheese Grated, Parmesan
  • 2 Tbsp. salt, kosher
