Crispy Onion Bacon BBQ Cheddar Chili

Directions

  1. Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet on medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Drain fat, if needed.
  2. Stir in spices, onion, beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Bring to boil.
  3. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add Cattlemen's® Kansas City Classic™ Finished BBQ Sauce to chili.
  5. Serve in a shallow, hot, wide-rimmed bowl.
  6. Combine French's® Crispy Fried Onions with cheese and bacon place on chili. Heat to melt cheese and crisp onions. Serve immediately. Optional: garnish with chopped scallions.

  • 2 tsp McCormick Culinary® Cumin, Ground
  • 1 1/2 tsp McCormick® Garlic Salt
  • 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), chopped
  • 8 oz tomato, sauce
  • 14 1/ oz tomato(es), canned diced
  • 2 tbsp West Creek® Bacon
  • 15 oz West Creek® Beans, Kidney, Canned, drained
