Fig, Sage and Goat Cheese Flat Bread
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Roll dough out for a thin crust brush with olive oil and bake until lightly golden. Add the mozzarella and goat cheese. Top with figs and bake until cheese melt.
- Remove to cutting board and add cracked pepper, balsamic glaze and fried sage.

- 6 oz pizza dough
- 5 Magellan® Black Mission Figs, cut in half
- 6 to 8 slices cheese, mozzarella
- 3 oz cheese, goat
- pepper, to taste
- balsamic glaze, to taste
- sage, fried, for garnish
