Grilled Chicken Flatbread

Directions

  1. Coat flat bread with olive oil.
  2. Top with tomatoes, chicken, pears, zucchini & red onion.
  3. Top with cheese, then sprinkle salt and pepper.
  4. Place on char grill for 4 minutes.
  5. Place in oven to finish melting cheese.
  6. Cut and serve.

  • 2 pinches McCormick® Sea Salt, Smoked
  • 3 oz. Northland Star® Cheese, Mozzarella, shredded
  • 2 oz. Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, sliced thin
  • 2 oz. Peak Fresh Produce® Zucchini, sliced thin
  • 1/2 pear(s), diced
  • 2 pinches pepper, cracked
  • 2 oz. Piancone® Oil, Olive
  • 8 slices tomato(es), Roma, half moon
