Hawaiian Beef Fajita Bowl

Directions

  1. Combine 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, 4 tablespoons pineapple juice and ginger in small bowl; mix well.
  2. Place beef steak and teriyaki mixture in food-safe plastic bag; turn to coat.
  3. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator up to 2 hours.

  • 1 beef, sirloin cap (coulotte), about 1 1/2 lbs
  • 3 Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Bell, any color, seeded and cut into quarters
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 5 1/2 tbsp Ascend® Juice, Pineapple, divided
  • 2 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
  • 6 tbsp Asian Pride® Teriyaki Sauce

Directions
