Jalapeño Beer Mustard Bacon Cheddar Charburger

Directions

  1. Toast buns and spread with Jalapeño Brewpub Style Mustard on top and bottom.
  2. While grilling beef patties, after first flip place grilled onion and bacon on top of one patty and one slice of cheddar cheese on top of the other patty.
  3. Place the cheddar-topped patty on top of the onion-bacon-topped patty and remove to bottom bun.
  4. Place pickles, shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes on top of burger patties. Top with bun and serve.

  • 2 slices bacon, slice(s), smoked thick-cut
  • 2 Braveheart® Black Angus Beef Patty(ies)
  • 1 large bun(s), Kaiser
  • 1 cheese slice(s), cheddar
  • 2 tbsp Jalapeño Brewpub Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Shredded
  • 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), grilled
  • 5 slices pickle(s)
  • 2 slices Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine.
  2. Transfer the ingredients to a container. Label, date and refrigerate the container.
