Directions
                            Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
                        
                        
                            Ingredients
                            
                                            - 1 tbsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp cinnamon, ground
- 2 tbsp garlic, powder
- 1 tbsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 cup paprika 
- 1 tbsp parsley, flakes
- 4 tsp salt, kosher 
- 1 tbsp thyme, dry

Directions
                            Puree all ingredients together in food processor. Puree will last one day under refrigeration.

- 1 tbsp chipotle powder
- 1/2 lime(s), juiced

                            Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, toss well and check for seasoning.

- 8 tomato(es), Roma, diced
- 3 tsp vinegar, rice wine
