Korean BBQ Won Ton Taco

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except turkey for the marinade.
  2. Place the pulled turkey into the marinade and marinate for 1–2 hours, turning occasionally.
  3. Grill the marinated pulled turkey to a golden brown.
  4. Portion into crispy won ton shells, top with pickled cucumbers and serve with dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Butterball® Turkey Thigh Roast
  • 3 tbsp ginger, fresh minced
  • 1 tbsp Korean red pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp oil, sesame, light
  • 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s), minced
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup sake
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted and crushed
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar, light brown

Roasted Hot Peppers and Vinegar Soy Sauce

Directions

  1. Wash peppers and pat dry.
  2. Blister the peppers in a hot cast iron skillet, but do not char.
  3. Pull the stems and discard them. Chop the peppers to 1/8", seeds and all.
  4. Combine the chopped peppers with all of the remaining ingredients. Place in a storage container with a lid and refrigerate.

  • 1 tsp salt, sea
  • 2 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
