Ridgecrest® Hot New England Turkey Sandwich
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, mayo, cinnamon, and nutmeg together.
- Lather the inside of each slice of marble rye with autumn spiced mayo. Add turkey to the bottom slice of bread topped with sliced apple, cheddar, better burger leaf and your second piece of marble rye.
- Add 1 T. of salted butter to a hot griddle and 1 T. to the top of the sandwich. Sear on griddle until you achieve a golden-brown crust.
- Flip sandwich and sear other side lathered in butter. Cook until golden-brown and cheese is melted
