Preparation:

MUST BE HELD AND COOKED FROZEN

 

FROZEN: Pizzas are to be kept FROZEN
Self Rising pizzas are intended to be a "FREEZER TO OVEN" product. Whenever possible, the
product should be kept FROZEN. We do not recommend storing or slacking product at room
temperature for more than 15 minutes. If product must be held under refrigeration for a
short time before baking, it is recommend that pizzas are moved directly from freezer to
refrigeration, and held no longer than one hour before cooking. Never "REFREEZE" product.


Oven Type: Conventional Oven

Cook/Bake From FROZEN:

  1. Pre-Heat oven to 425°
  2. Set Timer for 15 minutes
  3. Place (FROZEN) pizza(s) directly onto middle rack of oven.

 

Oven Type: Convection Oven

NOTE: CONVECTION OVENS VARY AND COOK TIMES WILL BE NEED TO ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY
FOR CONVECTION OVENS WITH MULTIPLE SPEED FANS 'LOW' SETTING IS RECOMMENDED.


Cook/Bake From FROZEN:

  1. Pre-Heat oven to 350°
  2. Set Timer for 8 minutes
  3. Place (FROZEN) pizza(s) onto sheet pan
  4. Place sheet pan on middle rack of oven

 

Oven Type: Conveyer Belt Oven

Cook/Bake From FROZEN:

  1. Pre-Heat oven to 450°
  2. Set Belt Speed for 5-6 minutes
  3. Place (FROZEN) pizza(s) directly onto oven belt.

Prepare/Packaging

Retrieve plate/box from inventory and place next to cutting board.

 

Assemble/Finish

  1. Retrieve cooked pizza from oven.
  2. Take internal temperature of pizza.
  3. Temperature should be at least 165 degrees.
  4. Place pizza onto plate or box.
  5. Cut in half.
  6. Serve to customer

 

Display Slide rack display: If Applicable

  1. Place into proper flavor slot of slide rack display.(If applicable)
  2. Serve to customer

    NOTE: Set temperature of hot hold display oven to correct 'holding'
    temperature of 140 degrees.

Hold Time

Maximum Hold Time: 30 minutes
