The Story Behind the Chef

Chef Anthony has worked his way through kitchens before transitioning to pursue a degree in Culinary Arts. Chef Anthony has worked as a Sous Chef across southern New Jersey, as well as sitting as a judge on multiple culinary panels.

After two years with Performance Foodservice, Chef Anthony was promoted to Brands Manager, while still maintaining his role as Corporate Executive Chef. Most recently, Chef Anthony has started to oversee and coordinate the sales and production of the 5,000 square foot Custom Cut meat room, located inside Performance Foodservice - Metro New York.
