Bay Winds Lobster and Peak Mango Salad

Directions

  1. In a bowl add Bay Wind lobster meat, Peak mango, avocado and West Creek poppy seed dressing and toss.
  2. Place on chilled plate and top with Roma feta cheese and edible orchid petals then serve.

  • 12 orchid(s), edible, petals only
  • 2 cups Roma® Cheese, Feta
  • 8 mango(es), peeled, seeded and sliced
  • 1 cup West Creek Poppy seed dressing
