Charred Pineapple Salsa

Directions

  1. Char diced pineapple in sauté pan until browned
  2. Place all ingredients in bowl and mix.
  3. Refrigerate until use.

  • 1/4 cup cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Mango Habanero Wing Sauce & Glaze
  • 2 cup pineapple(s), fresh, 1/4” diced
  • 2 tbsp Red pepper, small diced
  • 1/4 cup shallot(s), small diced
