Horseradish Crème Fraiche


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Cover the bowl with cheese cloth. Place in a warm (70°F) draft free area of the kitchen. Allow to sit for 14-16 hours.
  3. Stir, then refrigerate until needed.
  4. Mixture will last 4-5 days under refrigeration.


  • 2 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Buttermilk
  • 1 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy
  • 1 tbsp horseradish, grated
