Nut-Free Kale Pesto

Directions

  1. Combine the kale, Parmesan, garlic and salt in a food processor. Pulse 5 times.
  2. With the motor running, drizzle in the oil.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  • 4 cups kale, stems removed and roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil, olive
  • 1/3 cup cheese, Parmesan , grated
  • 1/2 tsp salt, plus more as needed
