Directions
- Using a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, combine the nacho cheese sauce, cream cheese, sugar, and mayo.
- Whip until combine, scraping the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula as needed.
- Add pickle juice, sriracha, and sugar. Whip to combine.
- Fold in roasted red peppers. Taste to adjust seasoning.

- 2 cups Chefmate Que Bueno Nacho Cheese Sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese, room temp
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsps Sriracha
- 1/3 cup pickle, brine
- 2 ea. Red Bell Pepper, roasted, deseeded, minced.
