Roasted Pepper and Mango Salsa

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and toss.
  2. Allow to sit overnight before serving which allows flavors to bloom. 
  3.  Product will last one week under refrigeration.

  • 1 tbsp ginger, fresh, minced
  • 3 green bell pepper , roasted, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1 bunch onion(s), green, chopped
  • 2 jalapeño(s), roasted, seeded, peeled and diced
  • 2 lime(s), juice only
  • 3 mangos , peeled seeded and diced
  • 2 pepper(s), poblano, roasted, seeded, peeled and diced
  • 3 Red Bell Pepper, roasted, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
