Scallops with Chimichurri Sauce

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Serve with caramelized scallops.
  3. Garnish with microgreens.

  • 2 Tbsps. oregano
  • 2 tsps. cumin, ground
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic, clove(s), chopped

  • 1 cup parsley
  • 3/4 cup Piancone® Oil, Olive
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsps. vinegar, red wine
  • 1/2 Tbsp. West Creek® Hot Sauce
