Nature's Best Dairy® Garden Frittata


  1. Pre-heat convection oven to 375 degrees for later.
  2. In a non-stick pan, over medium high heat, add butter and olive oil.
  3. Add mushrooms, asparagus, salt, pepper, grape tomatoes basil and oregano. Cook 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in egg mixture and allow to cook while swirling in a circular motion with the handle.
  5. Sprinkle West Creek goat cheese on top and transfer pan to oven. Bake for 4-5 minutes until egg is lightly browned on top and fluffy.
  6. Remove and cut into 6 slices and serve.


  • 1 1/2 cups Natures Best Dairy® Liquid Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 each Peak Fresh Produce® Asparagus, Spear(s), peeled, blanched, and cut into 1/4 in pieces
  • 1/2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Basil, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Oregano, minced
  • 6 each Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Grape, cut in half
  • 3 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Cheese, Goat
  • 1 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
  • 1 tsp Piancone® Oil, Olive
  • 1/8 tsp Magellan® sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
