Pork Belly and Broccolini Sandwich


  1. Cut Allegiance pork belly into a 5 oz. portion. Pork belly needs to be braised in the Roma pure olive oil for about 4 hours at 275 degrees. Once pork belly is braised, let rest until cooled.
  2. Fry in the fryer at 350 degrees until golden brown
  3. Heat oil in sauté pan and brown garlic. Once garlic is browned throw the Broccolini in and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Slice pork belly, place on sandwich bread with the Broccolini and cheese. Put the entire sandwich in oven to melt and toast

  • 1 each Demi Baguette
  • 3 oz Piancone Unfiltered EVOO
  • 5 each Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic
  • 2 slices West creek Provolone Cheese
  • 2 cup Roma® Oil, Olive, pure
