The Heritage Ovens Bake Mix Line features a versatile assortment of just-add-water mixes designed for ease, consistency, and adaptability in foodservice kitchens. The lineup includes a Cornbread Mix with a mild corn flavor that can be customized for sweet or savory dishes, and a Yellow Cake Mix offering a buttery, slightly sweet taste with subtle vanilla notes. The Brownie Mix delivers a rich, fudgy flavor and is easily customizable with various inclusions. For breakfast applications, the line includes three pancake varieties:
- Eastern Buttermilk Pancake Mix, which produces light and tender pancakes with hints of vanilla and corn
- Western Buttermilk Pancake Mix, known for its fluffy texture and light buttermilk flavor; and
