West Creek® Prepared Cold Salads are a staple in foodservice for a reason — they’re versatile, convenient, and help operators save on time and labor. Whether it’s a classic potato salad, creamy pasta salad, macaroni salad, or crunchy coleslaw, these ready-to-serve options streamline prep without sacrificing quality or flavor.
The four new flavors in this line extension offer:
- Two varieties of potato salad, red skin and mustard: West Creek Red Skin Potato Salad is mildly flavored with a bit of onion, while West Creek Mustard Potato Salad features cooked diced russet potatoes with celery, onion, red bell pepper, sweet relish and the additional flavors of mustard and celery seed.
- A “Dixie Style” Chopped Coleslaw: a creamy and tangy salad dressing base with fresh chopped cabbage and bits of carrot and green pepper
- An Italian Style tri-color Rotini pasta salad: an Italian herbs and Parmesan cheese dressing combined with red bell peppers, carrots, sliced celery and black olives.
