Beef Enchiladas

Directions

  1. Heat Extra Melt White Cheese Sauce in steamer until fluid.
  2. In half steam table pan combine heated sauce, salsa verde, green onion, cilantro and beef and heat to 165°F.
  3. Assemble enchiladas by placing 2 ounces of meat/sauce mixture into each tortilla and top with 1.5 ounces salsa verde or 1.5 ounces enchilada sauce per enchilada.
  4. Top with 1/2 ounce Extra Melt shreds.

  • 16 6 in Corn Tortillas, each
  • 1/4 cup onion(s), green, chopped
  • 3 cup pork, pulled, (or beef)
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce, red
  • 2 1/2 oz salsa, verde
  • 1 cup salsa, verde
  • 8 oz LAND O LAKES® Extra Melt® Shredded American Cheese
  • 8 oz LAND O LAKES® Extra Melt® White Cheese Sauce
