            Carrot Ginger Soup
Directions
- Heat oil in soup pot, and then add onion, carrot, and ginger. Cook for 7-8 minutes.
 - Add water, chicken base, zesty orange sauce and skim milk.
 - Bring to a simmer until all vegetables are cooked through. Puree in a blender until smooth.
 - Divide soup between 10 soup bowls and garnish with two crackers each.

- 7 cups Carrots, peeled, diced
 - 1 Tbsp. ginger, root, minced
 - 2.5 cups water
 - 2.5 tsp. Minor's Chicken Base Low Sodium
 - 6 Tbsp. Minors Zesty Orange Sauce
 - 9 fl. oz. Milk
 - 3.5 oz. whole wheat crackers
