Chia Honey Almond Pudding Parfait

Directions

  1. Combine almond milk, chia seeds, almond extract, and salt. Mix well and allow to hydrate overnight in refrigerator.
  2. Add Chobani® Greek Yogurt and honey to chia seed mixture and stir to fully incorporate.
  3. To serve, layer chia seed pudding, mixed berries, and toasted almonds in a tall glass.

  • 1/4 cup almonds, sliced, toasted
  • 1 qt berries, fresh
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1/8 tsp Kosher salt
  • 3 cups Chobani® Non-Fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
